Our website and online services are owned and operated by Central Christian Church (“Central Church”). This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Central Church will collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us on our site. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What We Collect

Cookies: When you visit https://centralchurch.online, we may send cookies to your computer via your browser. This allows Central Church to uniquely identify your browser when visiting our sites. Third party sites: This policy only applies to the Apps and websites that Central Church owns. Central Church may use other sites that are interwoven into our App and/or our website that can also install their own cookies. We are not able to control the data and/or information these third party sites collect. They may also collect data or ask for your personal data. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with their policies if you choose to visit their sites.

What Do We Do With Your Information?

Central Church will at times require you to provide your personal information when you are registering for an event, requesting information, or submitting an interest for serving, etc. We will keep your information to support your event participation, supply requested information, track your serving interest, and provide related resources and other opportunities. This allows Central Church to keep you informed about what is happening and events that might be of interest to you. When receiving these emails and/or text messages, you can opt out at any time by using the “Unsubscribe” link within the email or texting “STOP” to stop communications with us.

Central Church will never sell, share, or spam your personal information.

Central Church may keep your email address, residential address, and your mobile phone number for communication purposes. Default communications you will be opted in to receive include but are not limited to email, SMS, MMS, text message, or other reasonable means now known or later developed. Central Church will not sell or share your personal information with other services.

Do We Share Your Information?

Central Church does not share any of your personal information outside of Central Church. However, Central Church may share your personal information if we believe that there is fraud, illegal activities, or investigations of potential violations of our Privacy Policy and/or to protect the rights of Central Church. Central Church may also share your personal information if we believe that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or (c) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of Central Church, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

Information Security

Central Church takes reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Central Church does not keep your personal data stored within servers that are housed on site or at any location that Central Church owns. We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect you and Central Church from unauthorized access both internally and externally. Access to database information is restricted to assigned staff and key volunteers. These individuals are bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. Central Church is not responsible, however, if unauthorized access to information occurs.

Data Integrity

Central Church reviews our data collection, storage, and processing practices on a regular basis to ensure we are collecting, storing, and processing information needed to provide or improve our services. We periodically review and take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we have is accurate and up to date. However, we do depend on our users to update or correct personal information whenever possible.

Enforcement of Privacy Policy

Central Church periodically reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. If we receive any formal written complaints regarding our policies, we will contact the concerned party and promptly address their concerns. We will work with the appropriate parties to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Central Church and an individual.
